What can I say about the 'Thumper'? Well, the boat and its' owner share similarities. Jack is 'quick' and the Thumper is 'fast'. There is probably no vessel or no owner that can have more stories told about them. And I might add that, there are no better or harder working and hospitable people than the Bedeck family. To realize this, you must meet them, or better yet, experience them. You can do this by attending either a sternwheel festival or an ASA meeting. That's all I got to say about that.
