DESCRIPTION
The 'Oh Susanna' was designed by me and built by Paul(Bud) Russell who owns Almeda Enterprises, a steel fabricating shop. Therefore, the vessel is all steel and even sports a stainless steel hull, paddlewheel and rudders. She is 78 feet long by 18 feet wide. Her interior includes a stateroom with queen size bed, a full size bathroom and a combination living room, with sofabed, and kitchen. The pilot house can accommodate two more overnight guests. She weighs in at 38 tons yet can still cruise 8 1/2 mph while consuming less than 2 gallons of diesel fuel per hour.
