DESCRIPTION
The 'USS Mudsock' was built by Carl and Jackie Wright of Cottageville, WV. They both are long time members of the American Sternwheel Association and are familiar faces to boaters or anyone who has attended a sternwheel festival. Marilyn and I have had many good times and shared a lot of excellent meals aboard the 'Mudsock' as have many others who have partaken of the Wrights' generous hospitality. Also, the boat itself has had many unique experiences and Capt'n Carl can tell you about them all.
The Wrights sold the boat in the summer of 1997 to Bob Cantrell who is carrying on its' tradition.
